I knew how long the service would take so the 4 hours was a wait but coffee, snacks, etc were provided free of charge I was kept abreast of what was happening by the service manager [ I was having a recall addressed].An oil leak which I noticed was taken care of and a "check engine light" issue was identified and repaired.
