My experience at Lia of Colonie was wonderful. They made leasing a new Rogue a pleasure. My salesperson Robert Challacombe was so pleasant, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. I never felt rushed or pressured. He took care of everything from making sure I saw the vehicle I wanted to getting the deal I wanted. Great experience!!!!

I have purchased/leased seven vehicles from this dealership. The service department listens to customers. The one glitch was sending me away (when I showed up at the service department) for a windshield replacement that had to be done in-house rather than come to me (due to the safety sensors). There is a clean, comfortable waiting area while cars are being serviced.

We Always have a good experience with this dealership. I called about a recall on my 21 Rogue and spoke to Service Tech Bryan Casey. Bryan was very professional and got my appointment set up. Patrick Nastromarchi is one of a great dealer who helped me to find the right vehicle for me. Did a test drive, he showed me the system of the car and location for spare tires and options how to control keys, entertainment system, and dashboard information.
