Lia Nissan’s service advisor was excellent in my time of need. He was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He made me feel very comfortable during a high stress situation. He assisted me in contacting the proper individuals with Nissan America to facilitate the extension warranty on my Altima. (Transmission). Car was back in 3 days! Kudos to a fine customer service representative. Thanks again!!

We had to bring our car in for a dead battery and when my husband called about getting my car in he talked to Dustin Rose who assured him that he would get it in and done today. When my husband dropped my car off Dustin arranged for him to get a ride home so he wouldn’t have to stay and wait for it. Dustin called us when my car was ready and we went to pick it up. As always my appt for an inspection was awesome. Dustin Rose is 100% an outstanding asset to Lia Nissan. He offers everything from a donut to a courtesy car wash; keeps informed throughout your stay and I’d just so kind. I appreciate his attention while I’m there.
