Stribling was amazing. I felt bad being the last car to get serviced. I'm a mom of five so it's difficult to squeeze in important errands when something comes up. Stribling was welcoming, professional and great! I always get treated with great customer service.

I did the on-line application and the process was great. I was in and out at the dealer. Financing, really help me save and I got a little more in warranty.
Came in for a part to be installed. Another problem was discovered and they contacted us instantly. They were able to fix it that same day.

I had a coupon for an oil change, so I made an appointment to bring my Armada in at 9:00. I arrived on time and checked in with no problem. The link that was texted to me to follow the status showed a status of checked-in and a completion estimate of 10:00. Around 10:20 the status still showed checked-in so I went back to the service writer's desk.
