Dustin Rose was my service representative. He provided excellent service, keeping me informed on cars progress and expected finish time. Car was wash also. My experience at Lia of Colonie was wonderful. They made leasing a new Rogue a pleasure. My salesperson Robert Challacombe was so pleasant, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. I never felt rushed or pressured. He took care of everything from making sure I saw the vehicle I wanted to getting the deal I wanted. Great experience!!!!

I have purchased/leased seven vehicles from this dealership. The service department listens to customers. The one glitch was sending me away (when I showed up at the service department) for a windshield replacement that had to be done in-house rather than come to me (due to the safety sensors). There is a clean, comfortable waiting area while cars are being serviced.

We Always have a good experience with this dealership. I called about a recall on my 21 Rogue and spoke to Service Tech Bryan Casey. Bryan was very professional and got my appointment set up.
