We recently purchased a new Altima from Lia Nissan of Colonie. The whole experience was pleasant.Deon was welcoming and straightforward. We were there less than an hr. We met Tom the sales manager and he was true to his word. The day of delivery, Finance manager Pedro made the paperwork short and sweet.We are very happy with our purchase, They treated us with respect and listened to what we wanted and made it happen. We have already recommended them to family and friends.

I had a great experience here after visiting several dealerships that acted very smug in this hectic market. This dealership was fair and did not markup their cars above MSRP. The facility was very nice and so were the people. John Attanasio was very attentive to my needs and was very honest the entire time. Thank you John!

Had a great experience with the service department. There service team goes above and beyond. I was lucky enough to have Asahy D. And Kelvin. They knew exactly what was wrong, explained everything and answered all my questions. These are valuable employees and I hope are recognized for their efforts. I am beyond DISGUSTED with my first experience at Lia's service dept! I brought my car in for oil change, OSC recall and the CVT! I was very specific when I told them the CVT is messing up JUST LIKE ALL THE OTHER 2014 SENTRA'S! I was told they would diagnosis at MY charge and let me know. I was told the CVT was "reprogrammed" but since it wasn't BROKEN it isn't under the extended warranty for this EXACT issue! Fast forward 24 hours and I'm on the thru way and the car will not go!!
