From bad to great My leased was terminating in October. After receiving several notices from Nissan I decided to turn in my car in August. This time I was purchasing the vehicle so I wanted a vehicle I would feel good about for the next 7-10 years. I went to the dealer I had used previously. New Titan Purchased a new truck earlier this month. Worked with Robert to seal the deal. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He was honest and didn't pressure me as some other salespeople do at other dealerships. The finance folks were great also, and I've had multiple dealings with the service department here recently for maintenance and installs. They exceed expectations as well. I'm happy with my experiences here, and I'm not easy to impress!

Amazing Service Tech (Johnny)was very friendly and did an amazing job. Would recommend this tech anytime always trustworthy with him working on my vehicle at anytime, he is very reliable and anyone cant relate to this. He is a one of a kind when its comes to being a mechanic.

Quick I have purchased several cars from Lia Nissan in the past 12 years. This year (2019), has been the easiest and quickest. I was better prepared to lease my car which I believe help quicken the back and forth that usually occurs between customer and car dealership. Lia/Michael Digioia was able to find a 2019 Rogue SUV quickly. I was happy with the model and color they chose. It’s a huge step from plain to fabulous. Mr. Digioia was on top of everything every step of the way.

Oil change This was the best experience I have had with service on my car. Elizabeth was extremely professional, skilled and friendly. She gave me updates on the status of my vehicle. This is the first time this has happened.

Excellent service I brought my vehicle in for routine maintenance. The service department was quick, professional and friendly. My service advisor was Mike Sankar, he was great at making sure I was in and out quickly .

Improved customer service This is my third service visit to the dealership this year. I had pretty bad experience in my first visit but the service improved greatly in this recent visit. The time estimate for completion of work was accurate and Elisabeth Godlewski had a welcome and caring attitude. She provided update on status of the service. The waiting area continued to provide free wifi and is comfortable.

Always expert and timely service by great staff Staff at Lia Nissan have always been able to accomodate my repairs/maintenance in a timely way that fits my schedule. Even when I call with an unexpected problem/repair needed, they can work with my time frame, even giving me a ride home if the repair/maintenance will take a little longer--and return to pick me up when it's finished!
