Treated very respectfully and very informative. Waiting area had real good coffee and creamers nice snacks too.

Unfortunately I was sold an overpriced used vehicle that has hail damage and an annoying crunching sound when driven. I've only had the vehicle for 2 months and it's been in the shop at least 6 times. Trophy Nissan has lost a new customer due to the poor quality and over priced vehicle. They are aware of my concern and only offer to sell another vehicle and ask for more money out of pocket. Avoid unless you like scams.

I brought my 2020 Nissan Titan to Grand Strand Nissan for a small problem with a key fob and loss of power where you have to jump it off every few days if not driven. - I made an appt so it wouldnt take long. I arrived on time! - I spent four hours of waiting in the lobby to be told they have to order parts. I catch a UBER home. I get a call the following day the truck is ready. - i was told the battery and power system check out fine but key fobs were a problem with one needing a battery and the second needing to be replace... read more

Attendants were nice and helpful, no complaints there! But! They left my driver-side window rolled all the way down on a rainy day. I lucked out and didn't get the inside of the car rained on, but c'mon. Seriously?
