Had a great experience with the service department. There service team goes above and beyond. I was lucky enough to have Asahy D. And Kelvin. They knew exactly what was wrong, explained everything and answered all my questions. These are valuable employees and I hope are recognized for their efforts. I am beyond DISGUSTED with my first experience at Lia's service dept! I brought my car in for oil change, OSC recall and the CVT! I was very specific when I told them the CVT is messing up JUST LIKE ALL THE OTHER 2014 SENTRA'S! I was told they would diagnosis at MY charge and let me know. I was told the CVT was "reprogrammed" but since it wasn't BROKEN it isn't under the extended warranty for this EXACT issue! Fast forward 24 hours and I'm on the thru way and the car will not go!! Nothing!!! It didn't stall it just sat there... read more

Very good experience....again. I brought my 2015 Altima in for routine service and needed to wait. The service was performed exactly as expected and the wait time was very reasonable. This is my usual experience at Lia Nissan and speaks to how professional the operation is.
