Just a dealership but the staff make it good It's a car dealership. They sell you a car and you shell out or finance. That's just how it works. What makes a customer experience work are the people providing the services, getting you the best interest rates, commiserating when you're waiting to hear from the loan people, making jokes, being helpful, going above and beyond. And the people I met with really did all of those things and made the sale.
Oil change I highly recommend Edward (Eddie) Kosek. He went out of his way to explain my maintenance contract to me and explain a noise I had been hearing in my brakes, complete with a visual and detailed explanation, etc.-- He even went and talked to sales on my behalf. Super helpful guy, save yourself some trouble and go see Eddie.
Excellent awesome experience. Very friendly staff. Very very accommodating for my dire situation. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. As a woman buying a car I was treated with the respect and dignity. This is the first car I've ever purchased alone.
Another great experience Bill Lovey started by answering the internet question and the ball started rolling next Greg Devine was the sales person that showed us all the new features and we went for a test drive. A great set of people taking care of all our needs 5 stars great dealership. We came in on a Saturday and drove the car home that day
Easy and straight forward I went in on Friday, picked the car i wanted and everything was taken care of by Monday the next week. i will not be missing my old clunker.
Hyundai Genesis Dealership was clean and professional, sales staff helpful. Free car washes for life and complimentary coffee and lounge while your car is being serviced /washed. Very pleased overall.
