Painless After a long day of car shopping Jim Tunney finally listened to exactly what I needed in a vehicle and was able to keep it in the price range I requested. He was knowledgeable and very attentive. My family has purchased several vehicle's with Lia and I just want to say Thank you for always being a great dealership.
Very good service I came in for a NYS Inspection and low tire pressure. Daryl was very nice to talk to and to work with. He recommended the air filter replacement, since it hasn't been done for a long time. I usually work with Don M., who was very busy, but Daryl took fine care of me. My total wait time was about an hour, which was comparable to my other car's dealership. Of course, this included a car wash. Daryl didn't pressure me to do maintenance work on the vehicle. Great Service I've had nothing but good experience with service for my 2011 Sante Fe, which is running great and I still love. Don Mclennan is always such a pleasure to work with - he's efficient and knowledgeable, and it's nice to feel like a welcomed back customer rather than another "job" being pushed through the lineup. My car was serviced and washed and ready to go when promised. Our positive experience with the dealership and service is what brought us back to purchase a second Hyundai for our son in college.
Excellent experience I had probably the best car buying experience at Lia Hyundai of Albany. I worked with Camron Cimo. He was extremely knowledgable and really guided me through the different options. I received a great deal on a 2016 Santa Fe and will absolutely be back at the end of the year for a 2nd car when mine is off lease. Everyone from the Sales Manager(Adam) to the Finance guy(Kevin..maybe?) was very kind and helpful to get the deal done.
Easy to work with. Nice group to work with. They didn't pressure me into anything i didnt want, gave me the time i needed to make my decision, and worked with my budget.
