PURCHASE OF NEW CAR AT LIA HYUNDAI I basically did my review in the COMMENTS section of this survey. My overall experience was excellent, and my salesperson, Terrence Baxton, was excellent. Overall the purchase experience was great and very enjoyable. I would recommend Lia Hyundai to other people. In fact, my sister and my mother have both also bought cars over the last few years from Lia Hyundai. We all feel very comfortable going to Lia Hyundai and interacting with the people that work there.

Warranty work and loaner swap I gave a rating of 4 out of 5 stars as Michael Waldron was professional, personal, very accommodating and a little laid back on the follow-up.

Lia Hyundai: Straightforward Lease Experience I leased an Azera from Lia Hyundai on January 4, 2016 and I found the leasing process simple and straightforward, and my salesperson did not overwhelm me with vehicle features of minimal interest to me.

Bought second Elantra through Lia - good overall experience I bought my second new Elantra through Lia. I worked with Terrence Baxton this time also. He was helpful, patient, and willing to work with me on getting the deal I was after. Overall Lia has been a good choice with only a few minor hiccups. Most of which I attribute to normal circumstances found in any dealership. The only fault from this visit was that it took a while to have the car ready for me to pick it up. I was happy to be dealing with the people at Lia Given the stress of the holidays and the pressure I put on myself to maake a decision before, my lease was up, My experience was as good as could be expected The particular people I fealt with were sensitive to my needs. That said, I probably should have waited until after the holidays to reduce the stress and brought someone with me.
