Terrence Baxton of Lia Hyundai of Albany was the best. This is our 4th Hyundai purchase over the years and overall we've loved them and have NOT had any problems with them. Terrence Baxton was a terrific salesman - great to deal with and he really knew his product lines. I would highly recommend him and his dealership.
Good Service BUT Shady Practices I'm knocking down stars on this due to the fact that my dashcam was unplugged while in the hands of the technicians. Any activity where a Lia Hyundai employee was driving my car, was not present on the cameras memory card. This tells me that they were not comfortable with me seeing what they did behind the wheel of my car. I feel this is extremely shady that they would do this. Great advisor If you are thinking about going to lia hyandai I recommend getting Donald Mclennan. He is the only adviser that goes above and beyond for his customers. The other advisor in my opinion dont give the same level of customer service.
Excellent Service Department The service department is very helpful and provides you with important information about what maintenance needs are necessary to keep your car safe. I would recommend buying and having your car serviced here. The staff is very friendly and makes this experience a great one.
Hyundai accent The dealer that we worked with was kind and it was clear he knew his products. He did not skip a beat and allowed negotiating to occur.

Great customer service I had a great experience they really helped meet my needs! They we're fast and I had my car the next day they was even able to put a car starter in and have it ready for me when I wanted to pick it up. I was extremely pleased with the service!
