Always have a great experience! They were great to work with during two fairly recent car buying experiences. I have worked with the "huge" people and hands down Lia is the better choice if you want an honest straightforward buying experience.
Ask for Terrence and you wont be disappointed. He is a true asset to Lia Hyundai. Always first to greet us when we come in for any reason. Always delivers. You can count on him to come through every time, and pressure free.
thoughts Overall I was very satisfied with John Hover, the salesman. He was knowledgeable and got the info I requested. the price was within my means an I had a Hyundai befor and was very happy with it.
2016 Tuscon Selling price established from Edmunds pricing service. Dealer honored price, did not try to upsell. Vehicle was not "detailed" -still finding plastic covers on metal surfaces and had to clean interior windows myself. Items missing at time of pickup obtained and delivered by sales staff
Customer Care The 1st impression usually is the lasting impression. Mike Waldron was wonderful periodically giving updates, giving explanations & a wonderful 1st impression for Lia Hyundai of Albany. I definitely would not hesitate to go back or recommend Lia largely in part due to Mike Waldron.
