Buying experience From Don in service to Desitin in sales to Johnathan in finance all were helpful in getting into my new car. Adam in management all were personable and listened to how my life erupted and I was looking for a car to help me with obtaining an identity similar to my needs and wants.
My 2015 Sonata I had a 2011 Sonata and now own a 2015 Sonata that I bring in for service. During that time (and most recently) I deal with Don Mclennan. Don is a true professional. He takes the time to listen and understand what your concerns are. He is honest and courteous.While waiting for a part to arrive from another dealership, Don kept me apprised of the progress. Z The only issue that presented was from the financial dept. I signed all the paper work and the copies were all given to me. A few days later I received a phone call from Randy telling me I needed to sign a paper that I had not signed. I told him I would be in on Wed because the car needed to be repaired, it was brought from Massachusetts with a scuff marks on it on the drivers side bumper. A very good experience buying a car I am very impressed with the professionalism of the Salesman Camron Cimo & Bussiness Manager Randy Winne. They made the buying process very enjoyable like it should be. They handled everything from insurance to financing so all I had to do was drive the car home. Vehicle Maintenance I brought my car in for oil change etc. under the maintenance plan. Daryl Cross was very helpful in helping me decide on other maintenance needed at my visit. I have been very happy with my 2013 Hyundai Elantra and haven't experienced any problems to date. This is the second Elantra I've purchased from Lia.
Good choice Jusitin Baker guided a lot on choosing the vehicle. I had plan to buy the pre-owned vehicle but after got advice from Desitin, changed my mind to go with the new vehicle as it comes with a lot of benefits and peace of mind. Great experience Made appointment online for 8am. 15,000 mile check plus oil change and tire rotation Got there at 7:45am Donald was great. Got me out by 8:00am. Took cdta downtown to work and planed to come back at 2:30. Donald called at 1:30 and said all done. Got there at 2:30pm and out by 2:45pm. Very happy!
