Lack of caring Sales rep. was not returning calls that were left. Had to bypass to the General manager and the Sales manager to try and have questions answered. The sales manager was VERY helpful.
My 2nd Santa Fe Sport Loved the first one and hope to be as satisfied with number 2. Knew what I wanted and the salesman found the perfect match for me. My new 2017 has the full sunroof and I love the smart truck opener.
OVER 70 Keep Jacob Kieran, as he was a joy to work with, but as I said before, he talks to fast. I had him repeat a few things as I could not understand what he had said. He explained all details to me, but again went over the dashboard instruments very quickly. The car is great and really am happy I chose Lia Hyundai, as per my brother,Lou Selig. He had Terrance as his Salesperson. He got a Sonata.
Superior Service Department Personnel Twelve plus years of superior service with this dealership continued. Rep Daryl Cross was personable, professional, knowledgeable and a strong desire to provide quality customer service.
Great my experience at Lia was great. the staff is knowledgeable and not pushy. They satisfied all my needs at a reasonable price. My salesperson in my opinion is above average. He helps but does not force me into something I don't need or want.
Pleased customer I originally was thinking of buying a vw, but when I saw and was shown the Hyundai my mine was changed. Both the car and help I received was great, I really love my car and loving it more every time I drive it. I want to thank the salesman Jon for being there to help me.
