Better training for sales persons? Cam was a nice guy but the worst sales person I ever worked with. I had to correct his math on the proposed worksheet! also when I left with the car he had my spare key still in his pocket. I only found out when I texted him. I had to drive all the way back from Greene County to Albany to get the key. He did not apologize! He works with people's keys every day and should know better. 2016 Sonata Sport Very good service. Helpful when they didn't have the color I wanted and worked with me on astep up trim level. Had a bad experience when I bought my last Elantra from here decide to try it again. Anthony Cannistraci recommended me to try this dealership again. Recommendation was worth it and overall I'm happy with the car and price
typical "Car Sale" - lack of follow through ie. integrity the gang that can't shoot straight...lost 2nd key at delivery - took 2 - 60 miles trips on my part to get that basic need addressed. Had handshake to add a TOW PACKAGE and they had UHAUL install a basic HITCH - no wiring, etc.. and Sales Manager avoids the question and doesn't call to discuss ... sadly "TYPICAL" ... Jeff
I've told others My family and I return time and again for service. This purchase was our 5th Hyundai and our 4th Elantra. We are very satisfied with your product and your sales and service depts. are fantastic. I may want to buy a small pickup truck for my next vehicle. If you can suggest to Hyundai, sell a small pickup truck in the US...I'll likely buy one.
Experience I had a great experience at the Hyundai dealership. Cameron was very helpful and the price was excellent. I'm very happy with my new Hyundai. If the prices are comparable three years from now I will likely lease another car from Hyundai.
So good, I returned I bought my first Elantra from Lia and had such a good experience, including service these past 4 years, that when it was time for a new car I returned. I was not disappointed. Very easy to work with.

Happy I am happy with my new car. It has a little paint chip on the passenger side, I wish was not there. Maybe I can get it fixed when I am out there.
