Excellent Management! Management at Lia is superior to many other dealerships. I was extremely impressed with Adam (The Sales Manager) and it was his attitude and willingness to go out of his way that helped me make my decision on going forward with the sale of a new 2017 Sonata for me. The salesman - at first we had miscommunications, but he did do a great job afterwards when all had settled from bad communications. Management is top notch at Lia!
Quick Car Inspection Mike Waldron assisted me for a quick last-minute vehicle inspection. He provided great customer care and service, and the two other Service members who were working on vehicle were very helpful. One even gave me parts for my Lexus as I never owned the Lug Nut Key. A big thanks to these guys!
Best Place to buy cars When ever I come into Lia Hyundai I am treated like royalty. I spoke to the Sales Manager, Adam. Told him what my needs were and he made it happen. Tyler has sold me the last 3 vehicles. Randy is very through, he even helped me with A Veteran discount on this purchase. I bought this car in 1 hour time.
Repeat Customer I find this dealership to be very easy to work with. It is professional and efficient. I would also like to say I have seen an improvement with your service department over the course of time. I used to feel that they were pushy and always trying to get you to do more than you came in for. That seems to have changed in the last year or so and for that reason I will continue to come in for routine maintenance such as oil changes etc. They also get you in and out as promised and this is very important as well. ... read more
Surprised I had a lease coming due on a Ford Escape and was looking for alternatives. My wife did some research and saw the Sonata received excellent reviews and decided to stop in and take a look based on the leasing specials in December.
