Excellent buying experience I start by saying I hate pushy salesman who pounce before your hand is even on the door. I rejected the first salesman as he appeared to not be fully honest with me and asked to speak with his supervisor and got connected with Senior Sales Consultant and thoroughly enjoyed my experience from that point on, test drive and delivery.
Pleasurable experience Overall we had a great experience getting us into a vehicle. All of the people were friendly, attentive and helpful getting us into the car we wanted.
Frank Goergen was very pleasant to work with. Every time I or my son have taken our cars to Lia we had nothing but good experience in working with them. They are very helpful & pleasant.
Harris Bhatti Harris was extremely helpful and found us great deals and advantages that we weren't even aware of. By the time we left Lia Hyundai with our new car, we realized that we had gotten a better deal than what we had expected to get going in.
Great car, terrible service Overall, I like the car. Our salesperson was useless. Did not know anything about the car or at least failed to tell us about any of the features. Had to talk to his "manager" for everything. Did not tell us about any features of the car during our test drive. Instead, he sat in the back of the car on his cell phone the whole time barely paying any attention to us while my wife had to ask him for directions. Good experience buying my car Was very pleased with how well they worked with me helping me stay within my budget and meeting the expectations of what I needed in the vehicle I wanted.
Great Service Frank Goergen was my service advisor this time around, and for the first time I've ever taken my car there for service I've felt happy picking up my car. Frank was courteous whereas I've had bad experiences where they try to belittle your problem or knowledge. Frank was straight up and honest with me and he was diligent about following up with me after dropping my car off. Every member of their team should be like Frank
