Satisfied Everyone provided quick, friendly, professional, helpful sales and service. Dealership sales and service areas are clean and neat. It would always be very helpful if the price were lower.
Great experience I was interested in the Ioniq but not yet ready to buy. Within a half hour of very low pressure sales, the salesman understood what I wanted and answered all my questions. The next day he called to tell me that he had located the vehicle I wanted in the color and trim that I was interested in. After an unaccompanied test drive that afternoon, I gave the OK and the vehicle was on the lot the next day.

Excellent Service and Very Satisfied I would very much recommend Lia Hyundai, it was a stress free and genuine experience! Rit Fazzone was the sales expert I worked with. He was extremely kind and never pressured me at all. He was extremely helpful and understanding and was very gentle through the entire process. Adam Karian was extremely responsive and was excellent are serving my needs. They do a great job at lia. Plus, free car washes!
Great Service! The battery died on my wife's new Elantra. Ed saw me right away in the morning without an appointment. The service team thoroughly tested and diagnosed the car. As the repair takes a while, Ed graciously provided a loaner vehicle so I could return to work. Great team and great service.
Typical sales BS The car is nice, having said that I feel the salesman really didn't understand my situation. I am a traveling CAT scan tech and I kind of put myself in a bind. I stupidly went with the lease option. The max miles is 15,000 a year. I will probably double that so I am forced to buy another car to make up the mileage difference. Very stupid mistake on my part!
