Good Experience. Overall the dealership was friendly and treated me fairly. They explained the vehicle and service plans to me and were easy to deal with without pressure. (An added plus.) Rit our salesperson was professional and knowledgeable. My only gripe, if you call it that was the quality of the detailing when I picked up the vehicle. It seemed that the car had minimal detailing done to it before delivery. I expected a better job.

Excessive delays in registering the vehicle It has been ten(10) days and the promise that Lia Hyundai made to have the car registered has yet to be fulfilled. Our insurance agent has informed us that we had seven(7) days to get the car registered and that we may no longer be insured after the seven days. We will have a more definitive insurance determination come tomorrow. Extremely excellent dealership!! I recently purchased a new car from Lia Hyundai, I worked with the sales department over the internet/phone as well as the finance department !! The staff was nothing but professional at all times !! I would definately refer anyone looking for a car to this dealership !! I bought a 2017 Sonata it is a beautiful car in and out !!! This is my first hyundai purchase and so far extremely pleased !!

My experience at the Lia dealership Highly recommend sales and or service with this dealer (Lia). I was in on a Saturday and the salesman helped with my needs an he also picked me up Monday morning because I needed a ride to the dealership to get my car!!

SERVICE I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH LIA HYUNDAI..I DID NOT HAVE THE GREATEST CREDIT SCORE BY FAR.BUT THEY WORKED WITH ME QUICKLY AND APPROVED ME..WE DID MOST OF IT BY E-MAIL.AND WAS VERY HAPPY WITH JOSH AND HIS EXPERTISE...THANK YOU LIA AND JOSH..LOVE MY CAR..OH YEAH .AND THEY DELIVERED IT RIGHT TO MY HOUSE FROM ABOUT 2-1/2 HOURS AWAY..

Excellent Service This was my second new vehicle leasing experience, and I did not have high expectations going in. The first time around was miserable, I was at the dealership for over 4 hours and left exhausted and irritated and harassed. This time was completely different. Great experience Harris was attentive and made me feel comfortable. Not the typical fast taking sales person. Sales people can tend to make you feel they say anything to get a deal. Harris was the contrary.
