Great Service Department I purchased my Hyundai from Lia in 2013 and have had nothing but great experiences with their service department. On my most recent visit for routine maintenance Daryl Cross was my technician. He kept me informed, ensured all work was done as requested, and delivered the vehicle to me at the time promised. What more can you ask for?! I HIGHLY recommend this dealership, and their wonderful service department!

Courteous Service by Service Department I needed to have a NY state inspection and oil change/tire rotation. The service rep, Donald Mclennan, was very courteous and explained all parts, labor and costs. He even found me an online coupon to get a discount on the work which was better than the ones I received in the service flyers. After about 40 minutes Donald advised me that an all wheel alignment was needed to correct uneven tire wear which my wife was complaining about before the service appointment. GREAT customer service Donald Mclennan was my service person this time. He took the time to explain the 2 recalls that came out on my car, what the mechanics would be looking for and how long it would take. He also reserved a ride on the shuttle for me to get to work and then picked up to return to the dealership to pick up my car. In addition, Don reminded me I had two other things I needed to be done as maintenance on my vehicle. He was very thorough and very attentive and friendly.
Hyundai Recall -- GREAT Customer Service from Mike Waldron I initially called the dealership I purchased the car thru (regrettably), and SURPRISE -- they argued with me for 15 minutes about how they didn't think it was an issue covered under the recall, how it would take them days to figure it out, and how they couldn't commit to having a borrow car available for me. Minimal hassle getting repairs I stopped by with no appointment and Darryl Cross helped me by arranging a loaner car while my car was in the shop for a few days. Everything covered by warrantee, loaner car nicer than mine. Overall a good experience. Darryl used to be in sales and sold me two previous cars, that is what kept me coming back to Lia.
Love this dealer Terrence B, Sales - always provides me exactly what I want and expect in a vehicle, I tell him exactly what I want and he comes throught every time. Don McLennan, service - makes me feel like I am the only customer he has - I always feel like "part of the family" there.
