Just awesome! The service reps at Lia Hyundai are all super helpful, friendly, polite and courteous. Don Mclennan in particular is always kind and efficient when I bring my car in for service. He makes the extra effort to recognize me by name and by vehicle, provides timely updates via cell phone when necessary, and confirms an estimated time when my car will be available to pick up. Great Service. I've always been treated fair and with respect at Lia Hyundai when I bring my car in for servicing. Donald Mclennan was very helpful to me when I brought my car in on the 21st. He's friendly and honest about costs and timing of servicing I may need in the future. Chad and Chuck Richardson have also been helpful to me in the past.
Quick, efficient, curteous! Daryl Cross made my day! I will be back! I am in a lease 2013 Genesis, and will likely continue to lease a new AWD Genesis when the lease is completed.
Oil change and point check. Tires rotated and balanced. Don McLennon has always been friendly and forthcoming at many of my service visits to Lia Hyundai service dept. He was also helpful during a phone call prior to this appt. My regular vehicle maintenance needs have always been met.
Always make the extra effort After buying my Hyundai at another dealer and being frustrated by their lack of interest in helping address a service issue, I tried Lia Hyundai. They solved the problem and have always been very helpful with service issues. Fraudulent, Misleading & Deceptive We brought in our Sonata to have an engine replacement that was originally quoted to take a total of one week (dropped of on a Wednesday, signed work order on Friday, were told we could pick up the following Thursday) and we are now THREE WEEKS out and still haven't been able to pick up our car. Not including weekend days, we are looking at a total of 17 days and counting, for a job that was suppose to total a business week. THANK YOU CHUCK, you are a Blessing!! Not very often do you get an opportunity to really say that you were treated totally above and beyond what you were expecting. My daughter, Leah leased a car from Mid Island Hyundai on Long Island NY. Unfortunately and probably due to where she parks it at SUNY Albany she has encountered two separate incidents where a rodent of some sort made its way into the engine compartment and ate through her wires. Good luck trying to get your money back I purchased a car from Lia Hyundai in early 2013. Since we moved to a different location we cancelled our maintenance contract. The Lia Hyundai owes us about $500 since August 2013. It seems impossible to get a refund from these people or to speak with them over phone. It has been my experience that once they sell a car and you pay them they simply ignore you. I am highly disappointed and frustrated.
Great Assistance and Service On June 24, 2014, on the way back home I had an incident on the Highway and my 2007 Sonata required extensive repairs: radiator and condenser replacement, A/C repair, front bumper and left fog projector.
