Consistently the best I just purchased my 4th Hyundai from the Lia group and the 2nd from Terrence Braxton. His enthusiasm and attention to detail are second to none and will keep me coming back to Lia. Sales manager Mike Pendergast is very supportive of his staff and customers. Poor Customer Service While waiting in Service Area, the customers were watching TV. Suddenly the channel was changed without warning. Upon inquiry, we were told that the General Manager wanted the channel on CNN and would not change it back. What arrogance!!

Positive buying experience I was very satisfied with my purchase at Lia. Jonathan Hover gave me a reasonable discount off suggested price as well as an extremely good trade in allowance on my van. I am enjoying my new Santa Fe. It is a well constructed vehicle that gets surprisingly good gas mileage for the engine size and power. I would recommend this dealer and specifically Jonathan Hover.
