The buying experience was hassle free and efficient had a great experience with Lia Honda. Went in on a Wednesday for a Honda HRV and with no hassle at all, had the car on Friday as promised. It was a great experience and Steve made it happen.
Michelle Degrosso and Veronica - Service Reception A little while ago I had observed Veronica and Michelle laugh at a older lady because she did not understand there policies. WORST New Car Purchase Experience Ever! WORST I was there a buy a new car and they staff was rude! The worst experience ever! The first sales guy told me that he didn't have time to discuss, I could leave. Got a call from their internet sales team and now she was arguing with me. OMG! If 1st time sales was that experience, I don't know what would happen at service time. STAY AWAY! THEY SUCK!
Mike made our buying experience a pleasant one!! A++++++++++ Mike was so pleasant with us and not pushy at all.. He made us very comfortable and confident with our vehicle purchase. The staff at Honda are very friendly and helpful. My husband is not very patient with sales people because of past experience at other dealerships but, Mike was so sweet and not pushy and my husband enjoyed talking to him because he was honest and explained everything to us with ease. I wish there was more salesmen like Mike at car dealerships!!

Great salesperson and easy experience Barry is fabulous. He sold me my first car and made sure I understood everything about the process. He worked with my needs and finances to keep me out of trouble with my credit! I recommend him to everyone I know and he's the only person I'd buy a Honda from at this point. Easy going, knowledgeable, and well spoken. Great man!
Top Notch Rob and Steve are the best. Very smooth experience and I love my car! Honestly everyone at the dealership was great. This is the second car I've purchased at Lia, and I couldn't recommend them enough. 5 star service all the way around.
100% recommend Lia Honda AND Stephen Zavatski Stephen (my sales rep), Ryan (finance), and the other staff I encountered during my visit were all very friendly and professional. They asked when I wanted to pick up my car; I said that same day and they made it happen. Lia Honda's great team of experts made for a wonderful, seamless experience. Stephen takes his time to explain the car buying process and the functionality of your new car. I'm very happy with my car buying experience.
