Engine light woes Needed a NYS Inspection and of course, engine light in car goes on while driving for service. Dan Haines met me, was courteous and prompt and suggested the reason for the problem. His diagnosis was correct. He reviewed other maintenance issues for me to address. I had my car back with a fresh inspection by the end of the day. No one likes to spend money on car servicing but I trust the Honda team to keep my cars performing well.
Honda Service and Repair I had my car serviced for emission vent pipe repair and maintenance before my inspection was due. Jon Ayala was the service representative who worked with me both times I was in for service. He was 'very knowledgible and professional and kept me well informed about the condition of my car. SERVICE DEPT. WAS FANTASTIC I WENT TO HAVE MY CAR SERVICED AND THE RECEPTIONIST (MICHELE) WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. SHE KEPT ME UPDATED OF THE PROGRESS OF MY CAR. SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS TAKEN CARE OF.
Honda Recall This service was scheduled after my last service which was indentified and requireed by Honda. The parts were ordered and I was called when they were in to make the service appointment. When I arrived and service rep handled the check-in. I left my CR-V and went back home, I was called two hours later to say update was done. I picked up my car all was fine. Thanks to all.
Phil Giordano served me on my last visit for service which included a recall and state inspection. He was most responsive to my needs and even volunteered to aid me in resetting the computer after the recall. He was a pleasure to deal with. Michael Greene 2018 Honda Accord
