Excellent treatment. Michael was extremely helpful and spent a significant amount of time explaining all the features and controls in our car. He was straight forward arranging for our lease terms. Explained everything in detail and answered all my questions.
Car purchase Everybody treated me great. Best price around. Employees explained and showed how to use functions. Had many cars to choose from. Haven't used service yet but I hope it is just as good.
Overall great experience I’ve been going to this dealership for a few years now for multiple times and it’s always a painless experience. The staff is very helpful and insightful and make sure to carefully review all required and suggested work to be done to my vehicles. My last visit during February 2018 for an airbag recall (plus tire rotation, oil change, and micron filter change) was as easy as you can hope for due to Kira Bueti and the rest of the Brewster Honda staff. Great place to do business I bought my 3rd Honda from Brewster Honda last week and as always it was a fast, painless process. My sales rep made it so easy again! From start to finish, my needs were met. I appreciate their non-aggressive sales approach and highly recommend this business.
Questionable Service Dept techniques I am a fan of Brewster Honda for at least the past 13 years or so and would usually submit a 5 star rating. My last service experience brings back the stereotype of less than reputable dealer service. I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation using the Zurich program that I purchased with my 2016 Civic. Weird Sales dept. Great Service dept I first contacted online. Sales rep got back to me right away. Set up an appointment for a few days later. arrived and was introduced to a different salesman. He was cordial and personable. Gave me a very good price. After that would not call me back. I called online rep to complain. She didn't know why but would investigate.
