Best dealership After going to another dealer and getting terrible service, I went to Lia in Brewster and was very impressed with the sales person. Took time to explain everything and I felt comfortable dealing with this dealership.
2016 Honda Civic Phil Giordano was excellent. He was courteous and thorough with the service we were there for. We were very pleased with the whole experience. Phil was very professional and handled our problem with the utmost care and concern.
Didn’t have any issues, picked out a car and bought it. Lidian was my salesman, he helped me with everything no problems. Very professional, answered all my questions and helped me get the car for a little cheaper than listed.
Terrible dealership for sales. The salespeople in this dealership do not know their cars. They don't know how to do competent follow-up or work with their customers. They couldn't even discuss the final price of a car with us unless we told them we would buy it. Incredibly poor. I WILL NEVER GO TO THEM AGAIN - and we live in Brewster!!!! They lost a sale. Simple as that.
Amazing dealership Frank and Mike were wonderful to deal with they were able to get us into the perfect vehicle at the price point we wanted with no pressure. Will definitely be coming back in the future.
Not able to provide simple information I reached out to this dealership and communicated via email and was contacted by a sales woman Irene. I asked for simple information and explained with two small children, it's easier to get these details out of the way before arriving at the dealership. Every response was "just come in and we'll go through it when you get here." Great experience I recently entered the market for a Honda Accord 2.0t Sport and shopped around a few local dealerships in search of the most valuable offer, and you can be confident looking no further than Brewster Honda.
