Excellent service was provided by Jon Alaya at LIA service department, my CRV needed an air conditioner air compressor replacement. Highly recommended service. Time frame to get the job done were met. Definitely a 5 star service

My experience at Lia Honda in Brewster was once again exceptional. All of the staff are courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely proffesional. Jon Ayala Went over my vehicle from top to bottom assessed what would be needed and was very clear in explaining all of this to me. The time I spent at the dealership was extremely pleasurable and the great service that I received is the reason why I continue to Go to Lia Honda for all my vehicle needs.

Great service and great car Kira Bueti my service manager for my 2013 Pilot has been wonderful and helpful. I love the car too, and I drive a lot (already nearing 200K) and my car has not had any major problems, thanks to her. I'm ready for a new car soon and it will be a smaller one now that my family is growing up and leaving, but it will be a Honda from Lia, I hope Kira will be there when it too gets old and needs closer attention.
