I brought my Honda CR-V here for an oil change for the first time and was pleased. Jon Ayala was my service advisor and was very professional and transparent on the services they would be performing upfront. He went through the history of the services my car had received in the past to ensure all of the maintenance on the vehicle was up to date. I highly recommend Brewster Honda and will return here for my vehicle's future servicing.

Had my Honda Accord serviced the other morning and Service Advisor Jon Ayala had my car back to me in under 45 minutes. Jon is friendly, courteous, professional, and always friendly. My experiences at Lia Honda have always been positive and have had all my Honda's serviced there over the last 20 years.

Purchased car at Lia Honda Brewster. Good experience. Just brought it in for servicing. My service advisor Judy Deems was very pleasant. Tried to sell me some additional service which is a normal practice for car dealership but was not pushy.. Told me it would take 2 hours and she was spot on. Waited for car in waiting area and felt safe during pandemic. Was able to use some promotional coupons which was a bonus. All in all very pleased.
