Judy Deems was my service advisor and she was very helpful, friendly and courteous and after my car was finished she made sure to ask me if everything was done to my satisfaction and I was ok. I told her that I was and I appreciated her courteousness.

I always take my Hondas here (even though it is a half hour away). I know their service is spot on as is their "team". Judy Deem took care of me when I came in and proved to be extremely efficient.

I love the service at Lia Honda. This is my third car that I have purchased/leased and I bring the car back to have serviced only by them. It’s easy to make an appointment. The team is always very thorough with checking to make sure it’s in good mechanical co diction. The team is very knowledgeable and applies coupon discounts without hassles. I’ve never had a bad experience with Sales or Service. Robert Benfari checked car records to make sure the car was up to date for all service.
