I went in to Lia Honda at the end of my lease to see about leading a meeting Honda. I had excess mileage on my old lease and they represented that Honda Finance would absorb half of the excess mileage fee. They asked me to pay my half at the time of lease signing. I did. They then sent in the paperwork to Honda Finance with my excess mileage payment as simply a down payment and left me to deal with Honda Finance for the full amount. I have been a customer of Lia Brewster Honda for 21 years. I am very happy with service writer Kira Bueti and service manager Rob Benfari and the quality of service Honda offers. I got 243,000 miles on my 2000 Accord and I wood not take my “new” 2014 Accord anywhere else to get serviced.

I came in to get my CRV a oil change. Kira Bueti was the first person to greet me and told me my car would be ready in a hour. She was right and explained my paperwork before I left. Thank Kira for your help.
