Overall good experience, excellent price. Overall good experience while making a purchase of the vehicle, Steve was very helpful but there were lots of technical issues the first day with Irene. Also it took almost 6 hrs from the moment I set foot on the dealership till the end of delivery (which for my family felt like an eternity); I know it was the Memorial day weekend a huge sales event; I think they could've prepared more. They gave me excellent price and good service. I would widely recommend this dealership.
Using the Costco Auto Program made this a seamless process! Using Costco meant I didn't have to haggle on the price at all, and I could just focus on if I liked the car and if I was getting a fair price for my trade-in. Everything was easy-especially with Steve as our salesman! He explained every nuance to the car and showed me all the new things that come with a "SmartCar" Steve definitely went above and beyond!
