Leo is friendly and welcoming, but more importantly, he listens, and delivers the haircut you ask for. Absolutely delighted with my hair.
At the time of writing this I was in hospital. I felt awful physically and mentally. I called Leo and he answered and said that he would come to cut my hair at the hospital (Ward Manager approval required!). He turned up and instantly began making me feel human and like a part of myself had returned.
