Really enjoyed dealing with Randy, very professional. I was disappointed to find that the car must have been purchased previously from some else, because the car had 89 miles, several Melbourne addresses were already added to the navigation system and the Lexus Enform was already assigned to someone else. None of this I blame on Randy, but rubbed me the wrong way.
One of the best experiences!!! No nonsense approach and helpful through every aspect. Norm and Roger are awesome!!
