Our salesman Chris was very good,knowledgeable, patient and enthusiastic. Price was not including all the extra items Dealer added which we did not want example..Exterior paint protection,interior seat protection, on a used car? That was the only thing I can complain about, I would buy from them again,but just be prepared

Luca the Salesperson was very helpful and prompt to answer. Unfortunately the vehicle was out of my budget but recommend this dealership.

I inquired about a pre owned vechical they did not get back to me untill days later by then it was already sold.
Sadly, it was an incredibly poor experience. The salesman I worked with was rude and lacking professionalism. This dealer prices cars high and wont negotiate on price. In addition to top of market pricing they bill many thousands of dollars in required extras. They dont permit mechanics to look at a car offsite prior to purchase. Very disappointed with this dealer, they claim to sell luxury products, but nothing about my experience was luxurious or amazing.
Bought car for daughter here and was good experience. No nonsense and straight forward. Would recommend. Got great deal on car.

Followed up my request, talked nicely. Unfortunately, I am located in Bay Area and its bit far for me.
While the dealer did well to communicate with me, I was disappointed to find exorbitant fees scattered throughout the purchase agreement. “No haggling” is their claim; however, what they actually mean is: “We will lowball your trade and you will pay us exactly what we want for our vehicle.” The price advertised is absolutely misleading, purposefully, to avoid being filtered out as overpriced. Add $1500-$2000 on top of the advertised price and you would be more accurate in what they truly are offering for sale
