My new bright red Lexus NX200t is perfect. It is a bit smaller than my first one, an RX350. And the new RX350 is 5 in Ionger than the one I had. Garage couldn't take that. Justin brought my new NX to my house in Tallahassee, adorned with a red bow. He gave me a few lessons on using the new bells and whistles. Thank you Shannon for finding my "just right" new car.
They really do treat you with the highest level of service here. A young lady walked out with a pan of fresh baked cookies and asked if I wanted one. She told me that she had just baked the cookies. Once my car was done my service representative came over to me to go over in detail what they did to my car. Truly five-star service!

Poor service in the Service Department, they lied and didn't back up their promises after Mr Fields purchased the dealership.
