My husband and I bought our first Lexus from this dealership yesterday. The entire experience was very good. Our salesman, Rob was never pushy. Very professional and customer friendly. The fiancé Dept was very thorough and explained everything very well. Would definitely buy there again!!😊
Well I'm not too impressed at the moment! You may have some beautiful cars for sale however, your love for our country is a little laxed! The flag you have displayed out front on the pole is disgraceful! Extremely faded, torn & tattered! If you can't afford a new one at this time, at least lower it & dispose of properly! Please show some respect & pride for our country that you have chosen as your home! Thank you!
Extremely disappointed with the service department. Bought a new GX 460 SUV in October (2017) and took it in for warranty work this week after the back of the driver's seat opened up on its own, due to NO action by us. Service department just called and accused me of intentionally damaging the driver's seat and told me it was not covered by the warranty. Terrible service department experience. Dropped by to have windshield wipers replaced due to the car sitting in the sun for a long time. They refused to replace them. The car had only 220 miles.
The entire experience with Lexus of Jacksonville and Scott Messmore was unpleasant...Chuck Otzel tried to make things right, but was unable to do so. In the end, Lexus wasn't able to deliver a car in over 3 weeks. It's now been nearly a week and the refund of my $1000 deposit that was supposed to be mailed on 1/26 has still not arrived. If this isn't received by Friday, there may be a call to the better business bureau as well. Funny thing was, they could charge my credit card, but could only refund by check. I bought new RX450H came with a factory leak in windshield Lexus has tried to fix 3 times only to make matters worst. My new car stinks � Now I Have deal with a smelly New RX450H. I think the dealership should have replaced this vehicle. Loved the vehicle ride style & handling. But Not The Moldy Mildew smell it had when I bought it. Still working with dealership but everything they’ve done up to this point has left a bad taste in my mouth for a new RX450h Lexus (Still waiting)
