Outstanding service. Randy, who sold me the car; sonny, who oriented me to the car and of course, Mandi, who was my advisor for servicing the car, were all incredible. Lexus IS fortunate to have such amazing people working for them. All three of them made my car buying experience an amazing one! I promise to come back! They are Superstars!!!

This is my second and final purchase from Lexus of JACKSONVILLE. Although I have been trying to purchase my leased vehicle for almost a month and submitted all necessary paperwork to do so, I have yet to receive correspondence from the customer care representative, general manager, and only sporadically receive new lease offers from one of the sales people. They helped me replace my shiftt knob- so graciously... and I was able to get the exact item I needed and more! I have Never had such service from a car dealership. In the parts and service dept. You will NOT find better service anywhere. ANYWHERE! Thanks you Lexus of Jacksonville! SB.

Since Fields has taken over the dealership, the service experience has gone downhill significantly. It is really sad because it was once a great place for service. We have had 4 Lexus over 15 years. Next service we are going elsewhere.

Purchased 2018 Rx Aig 28,2018 and put IS 350 In for service. Total bill 461.67. Paid 199.00 for detail that was extremely poor quality. Service rep Paula Clemons agreed she delivered to me a totally unsatisfactory detail and said she would send me text and email confirming complete redo or reimbursement for said services. I received neither and now she will not return my call. Additionally i was charged for balancing tires that I was told needed replaced and they were aware that I was doing so.
