Moe is always extremely helpful and goes above and beyond to always make sure I am taken care of. I have never left the Lexus dealership unhappy with the outcome of my visit. The service here is far above any service I have ever received at any other store or car dealership.
When you let your sales people and techs drive up and down a residential road at 50 to 80 mph your a major danger to society.

No worries, but did not appreciate the costumer svc received when i needed a key battery replaced the gentleman acted like it was money out his pocket...I paid for it n it did not last just replace it man !!
Bought a pre-owned GS350 and there wasn't a better price in town. Nick, my salesman, was patient and diligent through the whole process never making me feel pressured. The Finance department was a breeze, thank you Allison. I recommend Lexus of Jacksonville for your next car. P.S. I had a Lexus, then bought a Toyota, and within just 2 years I was ready to switch back to Lexus. No comparison.
Have a 2007 ls 460 which has a "sticky" interior door handle recall. Have waited 8+ months with no parts. Had the door repaired for $400 and Lexus says too bad that I did not wait long enough. Obviously the last Lexus in my family. Ernie
I have owned a lexus for the last15 years, different vehicles...and i am extremely dissatisfid with "leather enhnacement" handling of my 2007 LS460. Curious if others are receiving similar run around? I was told last August the dash&door leather would be replaced...never heard a word...when i called in, was tol December, NOW bing told upon calling in for status update that "my vehicle does not even qualify for the prgram??? Wish i could attach a picture of the defective, inferior product that was used on/in this luxury sedan... read more
When you call @Atlantic, They don't know anything , staff need training, went to orange park & it was ok however Orlando; Exceptional Service & very knowledgeable on phone & when visited
