Made an appointment to see the car. waited 1hour 30 minutes did not see the car and left
I called about this vehicle on a Saturday, when it was posted for $10,500. The person told me it was available and this was the price for it. I called again the Monday morning (They were closed Sunday) and was told to come in and the vehicle was still there for the same price. I drove 50 miles to the location and was immediately informed the price was inaccurate and it should’ve been listed for $15,995. I expected a higher standard from a large Lexus dealership like Lexus Santa Monica. My initial experience purchasing a used Lexus GX460 from Lexus Santa Monica's pre-owned department was positive. The sales process itself was smooth and efficient. However, this positive impression quickly soured.
