Made an appointment to see the car. waited 1hour 30 minutes did not see the car and left
I called about this vehicle on a Saturday, when it was posted for $10,500. The person told me it was available and this was the price for it. I called again the Monday morning (They were closed Sunday) and was told to come in and the vehicle was still there for the same price. I drove 50 miles to the location and was immediately informed the price was inaccurate and it should’ve been listed for $15,995. I expected a higher standard from a large Lexus dealership like Lexus Santa Monica. My initial experience purchasing a used Lexus GX460 from Lexus Santa Monica's pre-owned department was positive. The sales process itself was smooth and efficient. However, this positive impression quickly soured. They've got great response time.
It seem like they didn’t care. They contacted me once and the car I was looking at it was already under contract. I called back the next day and they said that my sales person would get a hold of me again and never did.
