They are so fake, they change the price from 61k to 63k and told me that someone deposit already for that car and it is sold but still I see that car is in different website with 2k increased the price....this dealership is not good.... Plz avoid them....
Typical Con artist Sales group playing the game. Dirty John discussed and agreed upon an OTD $ amount then ssid he had to leave early and would send paperwork 1st thing the next day. The next day he can't remember anything because he sales 30 cars a month and talks to a lot of people even said we can sell this car everyday to anyone else then sent an invoice almost $3k more than we had agreed upon. It was such a pleasurable experience. Both Ava and Ryan (Finance) were so organized and efficient. My new (used car) had a big red bow and was spotless. My trade in was effortless. It was worth the 2 1:2 hour drive. I would highly recommend Hilton Head Lexus.
Inquired about a car, got an email from two reps confirming it was available. I then confirmed with another rep and scheduled a test drive the next day. Went to come in for the test drive and got an emailing saying the car was sold. Pretty disappointed in their communication, listing, and experience.
Booked me for a test drive and then told me the car was sold ten minutes before the test drive
Charles Robertson was the most professional and knowledgeable car salesman I ever had. We never had to haggle pricing he went right to the lowest price. I can't recommend him more highly. And the Finance Manager Craig was also terrific. He was quick explaining everything and we got out of there quickly.
