Truly an amazing and pleasant experience dealing with them from the manager to the salesmen.
Courteous, Friendly, Considerate personnel from driving up until leaving. The waiting area offers reading material, tv, coffee, water, nice, soda, breakfast and lunch items. I enjoyed waiting until my vehicle was Seccurro.
Don’t come here for your luxury car. This dealer was a trash. Made a lot scratch on my car and didn’t contact me
RecommendedMy service rep Tom Stevens always provides professional attention, but recently he had my back by ordering a part for a warranty repair during a maintenance visit. As it turns out, the part under warranty failed two days later -- the same day that the replacement part came in. Because of his initiative, I only had to drive to the service center, where they had a loaner waiting and the repair was expedited quickly.

I just purchased a leased vehicle of yours and spent over $31000 on it. At the moment the 55000 miles service was due and just found out that the dealership could not even take the courtesy to throw in almost a couple hundred dollars in order to get a satisfied customer by just doing a service that if the customer just return the leased vehicle back to the dealership t you could have end up doing the service anyway in order to sell it back to someone else. Had a bad experience with the salesperson (Matt Fail) , we had some questions after we bought our car and no one of them had returned our calls or emails , even the finance manager by the name Allyson . I assumed they don’t care anymore after you purchased , paid and already brought your car home with you . Bad customer service I would say ..
