At a recent service, Richard Doherty was most kind and helpful and very accommodating. I continue to be impressed with the attention they pay to the customer and their situation. I had forgotten my back pillow in my car and Richard sent someone to get it for me. It is the little things that are appreciated.
I am in the 2nd year of a lease on an RX350 from a dealership in Northern California. One of my tires got a slash in it and after roadside assistance arrived it turned out my car didn't have the required lug nut key to change the tire.
