Went to buy an IS 300 at TriCounty Lexus. Made an appointment with George based on reviews that I have read here. George was great. The entire process was quick and easy. He made sure I got exactly what I wanted. I love my new car!!!!
Went in to have the maintenance performed on my 2015 Lexus pre=certified 350RX. Staff was very helpful with the small problems I had (car did not start immediately -- my fault), a message that said it couldn't find my key even though I had it in my hand (they replaced the battery in the FOB at no charge to me), and then solved the problem of why the "fast messages" wouldn't come up on the Navigation Screen when I receive a call...turns out that it's not available if you have an IPhone. Bought my first Lexus today. Their Holiday sales event save me thousands of dollars. George (sales) was great as well as Jamaal (finance). Will be back in the summer when my husbands lease ends.

This is such a great service center. Everyone is helpful and really, really nice. Shout out to Patrick Levenson, who made my appointment stellar. I was in/out quickly, they let me have the loaner car for an extra day because I was going on a weekend trip, and got my car back and on the road within 5 min of going to pick it up. Can't recommend them enough!
George spent a lot of time with us reviewing the car and the differences between leasing and financing. He was so good with us we knew we were going to be purchasing a Lexus. We ended up leasing so that we could get the lowest monthly payment. It was actually less than what we budgeted. Great experience
Got home for college break and my mom surprised me with a new IS300 F Sport. I was so surprised and am in love with it. Mom said she had the best salesman, George, he gave her a great price and was very trustworthy and made everything very easy for her. My mom is very appreciative. Thank you George!
I went in to Tricounty Lexus Saturday with the anticipation of only test driving and then coming back black Friday for the Holiday deal. George was able to get me the deal early which I was very grateful for. Now I can spend black Friday at the mall.
