I have used Lexus Santa Monica for service for many years for a number of Lexus cars and have always received top notch service. Ray James who is my service representative is very courteous, friendly and helpful in all respects regarding what has to be done now and what things will have to be done in the future as well as providing accurate cost estimates. The facility is also very attractive and they provide coffee, big screen TV and bagels for those who are waiting for service.
Lexus Santa Monica has been servicing my cars (all Lexus) since 2006, when we bought our first one (which we still own which runs great). They are always courteous, efficient and timely and their central database allowed my son, who took his car back East to school to be able to take his car for service in New Hampshire and Ohio and still have full access to the history of his car. Adriane Marmolejo, who handled my most current service, lived up to Lexus' great service record. Thank you.
