Just bought our third Lexus from Nathan Gardner. I have bought a lot of cars over the years but Nathan is unquestionably the the most professional and knowledgeable salesman I have ever encountered. He knows his business and never hard sells. You know his integrity is unquestionable. We will be back in the future
Rick and the service repair man stayed over until I arrived to pick up my car after 6p.m. I missed my schedule appointment day and Rick worked my car in. He kept me informed of all repair. He offered me a loaner if they could not repair my car the same day. I purchased my car new in 2005 and this dealership have always kept my car running efficiently without any problems. Rick is outstanding and the best.
I like Mike, he let me buy the car as opposed to selling me the car. Claire was great. They made me feel special.
Josh was a normal not intimidating person that made a 33 year old female feel welcome, even with a toddler running around.
Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. The salesman knew the important points about the car and was interested in making sure I got what I wanted.
