bought a lexus about 2 years ago and we actually look forward to having it serviced. the people are great and the environment is pleasant. my daughter actually gets mad if I go without her. I feel great when I leave because my car is once again new(or like new) after getting cleaned -both inside and out.

We bought our first Lexus in 2008 from Lexus Santa Monica. As any car owner knows, sales and service are two totally different animals. Lexus provides the first two major services free of charge, so we gave their Service department a try. The things I like about LSM Service: staff is always polite, they NEVER upsell us on services we do not need (they will however advise if something must be done for safety reasons), they provide free loaners which you can keep as long as they have your car for maintenance, a nice waiting ar... read more
