I would highly recommend Lexus Santa Monica and especially Carlos Palayo, Service Consultant for making this an enjoyable experience. Carlos was so thorough with his recommendations and honestly gave me such good advise with my service. Bought a RX 350 for the second time. They just keep getting better. Hassan was very helpful and got us an unbelievable deal. Finance manager was also great to work with. Great overall experience.
When I was shopping for a new vehicle Hassan was more than helpful and explained every inch of my new Lexus to me. I was more than happy with his honesty, as well as meeting the deal that I wanted. I would like to say that Hassan is a great salesman to work with and I now have a lifetime relationship at Tri-County Lexus.
I was so pleased with how helpful Hassan was assisting me in my purchase. He answered all my questions and never tried to sell me a car I was not interested in. He was extremely professional and had a good sense of humor as well. If I wanted to see a car he was so quick to get it in front of me. It was such a pleasure dealing with him and the rest of the staff at Tri County Lexus. I would recommend Hassan to anyone interested in purchasing a used Lexus.
I went for Lexus on black friday just to see if I could afford one. Left with a NX300. Deal was amazing, very surprised. George made sure I got a deal that I was very happy with. Paperwork in finance was a little confusing but Chris explained it all to me in Spanish. Every one was great.
