I can't really say enough about Eskridge. I honestly came in looking at their used lot without the thought of buying a Lexus. The salesman I met was easy going and friendly. I ended up test driving an IS just for the fun of it. 1/5 of a mile later I was realizing this could be the car I buy. Fast forward to my first oil change now and everything is still great. The customer service is the best, dealership is comfortable and nice to wait in. Staff is always friendly.

Just bought my 5th Lexus from Eskridge and I bought this 2013 without ever seeing it. I trust Salesman Don Luman and Eskridge to get me the best deal and I know the car will be in excellent condition when I pick it up - and they did not disappoint. Stony Baker handled the paperwork in minutes and I was out the door in a great driving GS. Another great experience at Eskridge.

I've been driving a Lexus since 1991.....from Denver to Houston and for the last 12 years, here in OKC area and Eskridge Lexus tops them all! I especially want to give props/kudos to Rick French in Service....he's been my "go to guy" for all the time I've been in the OKC area. Even though I didn't purchase my Lexus from Eskridge, Rick's treated me (and my Lexus) like one of the family! I've had at least 2 close friends purchase vehicles from this dealership within the past 6 months or so. Both lauded the service and treatment during and after the sale. The buying experience is not to be compared to other brands, rightfully so, it's a premium car deserving extraordinary service. Eskridge delivered on all fronts. See Nathan! He listens. I am quite pleased with my purchase and I don't typically do ratings and reviews. This experience warranted the effort.

Had a great buying experience with Shannon Brown at Eskridge Lexus! Very professional and knowledgeable, and certainly not pushy. He was patient as I test drove the car twice, and the 2nd time I asked to take it through a car wash to see if the convertible top leaked or was noisy. Price negotiations were pretty easy since I had done my research. No hard sale tactic or bs. The cherry on top was seeing the big red bow on top when I picked up the car!

Tremendous and smooth buying experience. Had to trade in and get new suv on short notice once mine started having trouble. Figured they could repair it for less than I could, and will be a great buy for someone. Was offered a high bid for my trade in and a fantastic price on the new car. Kristina in service went above and beyond to help and arranged help with Ron York in sales who helped me find the best deal on the lot!

Eskridge saved us! While road tripping from Wisconsin to Arizona, our car broke down. There were no parts or mechanics in the area to help us in a timely manner, but Eskridge said if we could get both towed to them that they could help us. They held our car and trailer overnight and began work first thing in the morning. Unfortunately they called saying there was an extra part that they were missing and wouldn't be able to complete the job for 4 days.
