Adriane Marmolejo of Lexus Santa Monica Service was a joy to work with. She took notes of my concerns and had my car available as promised. Received a loaner without a problem. I have had owned only Lexus cars since 1994, and this is the only place I have my service on my cars. Completely satisfied every time I in for a service appointment. I had purchased a 2016 RX350 and had a pretty good experience. Our sales consultant was understanding and respectful when we told him we were only looking (and returned several times prior to purchase). We never were pushed to buy. Everyone at Eskridge was pleasant to work with.
My wife Beverly and I had a great experience at Lexus Santa Monica, and it was mainly do to the excellent assistance we received from Paul Pourhashem. Paul not only exhaustively searched for the exact car we were looking for, but he found it! And then he did a beautiful and much appreciated job in helping guide us through to our purchase. David Cuevas at Lexus Santa Monica did a wonderful job helping me when my car needed to be be serviced. He not only was knowledgeable and up front in explaining my options and the associated costs, he also went above and beyond to help fit the service into my schedule and my budget. He was friendly and responsive, and overall I was incredibly impressed with the level of customer service from him and the entire Santa Monica office.
I took my RX350 in for service on 5/5/18 for the 10,000 mile service. I was promptly greeted and within 2 minutes my Service Advisor greeted me. His name was David Cuevas, whom I had not met before. He was warm, attentive and got me taken care of expeditiously. He arranged my loan car as I did not want to wait the two hours for completion of service. Eskridge will be getting any of our Lexus purchases from this point forward. Nathan was the most helpful and professional experience we have ever had in buying a car. I was again very pleased with the service, great attitude, thoroughness and pleasing personality of Adrianne Marmolejo when my 2008 RX400h needed service the week before last.
