Armando Cordon made me feel welcome at Lexus Santa Monica. He was knowledgable and immediately understood what was a bit of an odd auto problem. He was patient and he clearly explained to me what he was going to request of the diagnostics team. Just had a terrific first-time experience purchasing a new RC 300 from Lexus of Towson. Jonathan Butler was my salesperson and handled every detail with me - from start to finish - perfectly. I needed to return a rental and he and his team took care of that, as well. Great overall experience! I would highly recommend him and Lexus of Towson.

Purchased a CPO 2014 RX 350 from Sonny in May and had a wonderful experience. He was not pushy at all and allowed us ample time to make our decision. Would use him again in the future! Went in for 5,000 mile oil change and service in September and spoke with Rick. He was so polite and helpful. He made the process very pleasant.
