Outstanding Dealership
My 6 month service appointment was handled by David Cuevas. I was apprehensive about missing a signature required delivery, and David said he could have the work done, including a car wash, in an hour and a half. He beat his estimate! Dealer staff from curb to check-out is efficient and the waiting room is very comfortable.
Ray James is knowledgeable, efficient and very responsive to the customer questions and needs. Lexus is fortunate to have him working for the company and his customers are also indeed fortunate in being able to work with him. LD
The loaner was so nice to drive, and I was so grateful to be able to carry on my life while my parts were being ordered. I have always been treated with the upmost respect here at Eskridge and that is why I keep coming back for the service. Still love this place!
We have used Santa Monica Lexus exclusively for service since we bought our ES350 there in 2006. Over the years, we have had good service with probably a half dozen different service consultants. This last service in January 2019, our consultant was Adriane Marmolejo and we received such good service with Adriane that we will always request her in the future.
