Did a oil change without my permission. Did not have to pay for it but the tech never drained the oil. I have 12 quarts of oil that I just drained out. Charged me $14.00 for engine booster luckily I didn't loose my engine. REALLY !

I've been a customer of Levin in Highland for many years. Had my car there last week for an engine light. Chip kept me advised all along the way regarding what it was going to need as well as cost. Very professional, trustworthy, and fast. The Crown Point shop is the real deal when it comes to mechanics and service! Eric at the counter has been very helpful! I recommend this shop to everyone.

Found a big bolt in my tire literally minutes before going out of town and they got me in a fixed in a reasonable amount of time at no cost.
